Maximum allowable slopes, and allowable configurations for sloping and benching systems, was not in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in appendices A and B to this subpart.  a) Construction site, Goddard Blvd. and Village Drive, King of Prussia PA - On or about August 2, 2017, the benching system selected for footer excavation did not fully comply with the requirements set forth in Subpart P, Appendix B.
