29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Headquarters Building, where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included: 1. Property Fleet Management Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Black and Decker refrigerator. (Item corrected) 2. Contracting Cubicle, where the APC (uninterrupted power source) relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. 3. Facility Management Software Cubicle, where the APC (uninterrupted power source) relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. 4. Noxious Plants Cubicle, where two white extension cords were daisy chained and used to supply power to the Hamilton Beach water kettle. (Item Corrected) 5. Superintendent Administration Assistant Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with an extension cord and used to supply power to appliances including, the Black and Decker drip coffee pot. 6. Physical Science Cubicle, where the APC (uninterrupted power source) relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment. The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1086975, citation no. 2, item no. 5, and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2015 with respect to a workplace at Marblemount, WA.
