The locating pins for the fuel containers on a Hyster 50 forklift were missing, on or about August 17, 2017.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.  (b) Warehouse: Fuel container was not securely mounted to prevent jarring loose, slipping or rotating. The locating pins for the fuel containers on a Hyster 60 forklift were missing, on or about August 17, 2017.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
