29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) 3917 Jefferson Hwy., New Orleans, LA; On or about August 17, 2017, the employer allowed an employee to work from an aerial lift bucket while not having a lanyard attached to the basket. The employee was approximately 15 feet above ground.
