ANSI B56.1-1969, Section 603 E. states, When leaving a powered industrial truck unattended, load engaging means shall be fully lowered...."

29 CFR 1926.251(c)(16): Wire rope slings did not have permanently affixed, legible identification markings stating size, rated capacity for the type(s) of hitch(es) used and the angle upon which it is based, and the number of legs if more than one: a) East Side of Facility - On or about August 17, 2017, the wire rope sling used to rig a steel beam that was being placed for installation, did not have identification markings to indicate the size or rated capacity for the type of hitch used, thus exposing employees to potential struck-by hazards.
