Employees are mixing powder which accumulated throughout the mixing room exposing them to respiratory and skin hazards. Condition observed on or about August 18, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Technick Products, Inc./South Plainfield, NJ- Throughout the facility: The employer did not maintain on site the most current version of the safety data sheet (SDS) for the chemicals employees were required to use. The Material Safety Data Sheets for Finawax-E were last revised/reviewed in 2005 and did not include all of the required elements such as pictograms as per the HCS2012 requirements. Condition observed on or about August 18, 2017.
