29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a)  At 19317 Thompson Hall Rd., Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about August 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw with guard wedged up exposing the blade and the employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 19317 Thompson Hall Rd., Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about August 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
