29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 2438 Saltgrass Way, Unit 70C, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On October 31, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured only 12 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 30 feet to the ground below.
