29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At the job site located at 210 N Belt Highway in St Joseph, Missouri: Employee patching and painting the exterior wall was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet while working from an Eagle brand aerial lift, the employee was in the basket without a body belt or lanyard being attached to the basket.
