29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 19427 Thompson Hall Rd. Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about August 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 9 feet 3 inches to the ground below.

Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about August 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to use a 6 foot a-frame ladder to exit the ceiling trusses using the top step exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 6 feet to the ground below.
