29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: (a) Wal-Mart Store #0962, Tire and Lube Express Department: On or about August 16, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to adverse health effects such as skin irritation or occupational acne due to employees using burn sleeves contaminated with used engine oil. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
