OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to caught between and struck-by hazards: a) Extensible Boom Lift: On or about July 7, 2017, the employer did not ensure adequate clearance was maintained from overhead obstruction while using the boom lift near an overhead obstruction which exposed employees to injures associated with being caught between a moving and an inanimate objects as well as being struck-by the inanimate object while moving near it.
