Instance 2:  On or about 8/11/2017, an employee wearing a harness was installing trusses on a multi-story residential property and was exposed to a fall hazard of falling approximately 11ft due to using the wrong personal fall arrest system.     ORM Services Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982934 citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 8/25/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 11000 Miramar Boulevard, Miramar, Florida 33025, which became a final order on 4/7/2015.    PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
