Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.    a. On or about August 21, 2017, located at Building 3, at the Lifestyle Communities apartments, an employee was offloading shingles onto a steep-pitched roof without fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard between 11 and 20 feet.
