29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Teasley Place located at 50 Canton Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009, West side fourth floor: On or about 08/11/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 42-feet to the lower level, in that guardrails and or other fall protection was not provided to employees engaged in HVAC work on the upper level.
