Technical Precision, Inc.- On or about August 21, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, coolants, oil mist, and isopropyl alcohol, during production operations. The employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication Program.

Technical Precision, Inc.- On or about August 21, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, coolants, oil mist, and isopropyl alcohol, during production operations. The employer did not make available a Safety Data Sheet for hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Gloc SYN EDM, Isopropyl alcohol, and All-Cool 2500.
