Technical Precision, Inc.- On or about August 21, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, coolants, oil mist, and isopropyl alcohol, during production operations. The employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication Program.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   a.) Technical Precision, Inc.- On or about August 21, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, coolants, oil mist, and isopropyl alcohol, during production operations.  The employer did not make available a Safety Data Sheet for hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Gloc SYN EDM, Isopropyl alcohol, and All-Cool 2500.

Technical Precision, Inc.- On or about August 21, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, coolants, oil mist, and isopropyl alcohol, during production operations. The employer did not provide employees with information and training on hazards of the hazardous substances to which they may be exposed.
