29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A.) Warner's Hollow Construction, on or about August 22, 2017 and times prior thereto: Employees were performing work operations including, but not limited to, sheeting a roof. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 14.7-15.4 feet. The employees were not utilizing a means or method of fall protection.
