29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At the jobsite located at 7919 Conser St. Overland Park, KS 66204: Employee engaged in placing aerial cable TV line activities from an elevated lift bucket was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16-18 feet to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
