29 CFR 1904.31(b)(2): The employer did not record injuries and illnesess for employees obtained from a temporary help service, employee leasing service, or personnel supply service, and were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis:       a)  KPH Health Care Services Inc., on or about 7/31/17:  A temporary worker sustained a work related knee injury that resulted in one day away from work.  This case was not recorded on the company's OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log for calendar year 2017.
