29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step. a) 625 Breakneck Road Mullica Hill, NJ: On or about 8/21/17, the top of a step ladder located 7ft above the ground below was used to install a fence. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
