29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high: a) Promotional Storage Area, on or about 8/3/17: Storage Area had an open side floor as the mid-rails were missing. The A.J. Missert Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984300, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/5/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 Champlain Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669.
