29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee while working from an aerial lift:      a) 433 River Road, Highland Park, NJ 08904, Building 1. Employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while installing new sealant materials along wall under the soffit from the basket of an aerial lift with no fall protection system in place.     Occurred on 08/23/17.
