29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program included in the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) and (e)(1)(II):  (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  (a) On or about August 24 2017, at 65-32 247th Street, Little Neck, NY 11362  The employer did not have a written hazard communication program for employees using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to NA 3200 Multi Flex Pro Gray Multipurpose ceramic tile mortar, containing silica and Portland cement while employees adhered stone to the front side of a 3 story residential home.    WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
