29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On 8/15/2017, at the job site located on Shellbark Drive in the Broadmoore subdivision in Braselton, Georgia, Century Communities as the controlling employer did not ensure that employees of subcontractors on the site, including but not limited to JB Framing, Inc., Metrobrick & Stoneworks, Inc., and Lopez Cleaning & Painting Co., Inc. were protected from safety and health hazards at the site by having a competent person conduct regular and frequent inspections and ensure hazards were identified and mitigated, such as but not limited to scaffold and fall hazards.  Century Communities was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135237, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Shellbark Drive, McDonough, Georgia.  Century Communities was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110726, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7390 Logan St, Littleton, Colorado.  Century Communities was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1041775, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/19/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 11288 Colony Circle, Broomfield, Colorado.
