29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 08/24/2017 - 2309 2nd Avenue North, Pell City, AL, employees tearing off and installing new roofing materials while working at approximately 20 feet above the ground on a steep-sloped (7:12) roofing system were unprotected from falls.
