29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews:      a. 2066-68 Holly Ave., South Plainfield, NJ - Country Club Estates      The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls by use of a guardrail system or personal fall arrest system.  Employees engaged in residential siding activities were observed using a pump jack scaffold that did not have end rails installed and safety net properly secured.       Violation observed on or about August 24, 2017
