29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 4546 Harding Hwy, Mayslanding, NJ: On or about 8/22/2017 two Archetto Construction, Inc. employees were working from an elevated man basket attached to the forks of a Lull rough terrain fork lift. The employees were not using a harness or body belt with lanyard to prevent from falling or being bounced out of the basket.
