29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about August 23, 2017: a) Employees on the work site located at 240 Atlanta St in Gainesville Georgia were exposed to potential explosion hazards when the creating and correcting contractor did not ensure that the portable fuel dispensing units were protected against collision damage from motor vehicle traffic entering the worksite, by the use of barricades or other suitable means. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
