Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) Roof - An employee using a twenty-four (24) foot extension ladder to access and egress from the roof was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty (20) foot to the ground without the ladder rails extending at least three (3) feet above the working surface, on or about August 21st, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
