29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   The employer has not certified to OSHA that Citation 1, Item 1, contained in Inspection # 1258099 has been abated.  The abatement was required to be completed by 10/30/2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 16192-19398 Switzer Rd., Overland Park, Kansas:  Employees engaged in residential framing and decking activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet 10 inches from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.    Rocha Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1099723, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 16209 Wedd Street Overland Park, Kansas 66221.  Rocha's Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083508, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/10/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9607 W 164th Ct., Overland Park, Kansas 66085.  Rocha Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 896540, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/21/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 154th & Bond St., Overland Park, Kansas 66215.
