On or about August 22, 2017, at 1030 Verbena Way, Auburn, Georgia: a) An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a struck-by hazard from wood chips and nails when he used a Bostritch nail gun without wearing eye protection. b) An employee performing roofing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from asphalt shingle debris, tar paper, and nails while using a leaf blower without wearing eye protection.
