29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) The employer did not ensure the work rest was properly adjusted on the Craftsman bench grinder located in the assembly department. The work rest on the left side of the grinder was adjusted to three quarters (3/4) of an inch from the grinding wheel and the work rest on the right side of the grinder was adjusted to one (1) inch from the grinding wheel.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working on and around the #2 Whirlwind Chop saw. The flexible metallic conduit (FMC) was pulled away from the control panel connection exposing the electrical wiring.
