On or about August 23, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were on a residential roof walking and working on the roof to access a hatch to spray insulation into the attic. Employees were not utilizing fall protection while on the roof. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8.9-17.8 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
