29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees would not approach or take any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: (a) On or about 08/22/2017 - 1022 County Road 768, Cullman, AL, the employer failed to ensure that no employee approached within 63 inches of an exposed power line energized at 7,200 volts without being protected with rubber insulating gloves and sleeves or insulating the power line/equipment using cover-ups, e.g. line hoses and/or blankets.
