On or about August 24th,2017, in the Hand Spin Area, employees used seven (7) lathes to form parts by metal spinning and the employer did not ensure that guarding was provided in that employees did not use tools to avoid contact with rotating parts and instead placed their hands on or near energized rotating parts.     b.)On or about August 24th,2017, in the CNC-Spin Area, employees used four (4) lathes to deburr parts and the employer did not ensure that guarding was provided in that employees did not use tools to avoid contact with rotating parts and instead placed their hands on or near energized rotating parts.      c.) On or about August 24th,2017, in the CNC-Spin Area, employees used a Nova Sidera CNC lathe to machine reflectors  and the employer did not ensure that guard(s) were provided to prevent contact with the point of operation, rotating parts and/or ejected parts.
