29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at 401 Appaloosa Dr. in Raymore Missouri:  Employee engaged in roofing activities was exposed to fall hazards as he worked at the edge of a roof surface of approximately 9.1 feet at the single floor and 19.1 from the ground below without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   At the residential construction site located at 401 Appaloosa Drive in Raymore, Missouri:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 1 inche from the eave of the residence to the ground below while accessing and exiting the structure.  The portable ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing and was not secured to the structure.
