29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 08/24/2017, in the parking lot of the BIG LOTS located at 7135 Veteran Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 7003, the employer failed to ensure that one employee using a JLG aerial lift to change the light bulb in the BIG LOTS sign was protected from falling to the pavement below.
