29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: location: exterior of building on or about: 8/22/17 a) Employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold. The working levels of the scaffold were not fully decked. Employees were exposed to a fall of up to 26 feet. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
