Employees working in and near the traveled way were being exposed to struck-by motor vehicles.      b)  On August 23, 2017, the employer did not conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millennium Edition, Section 6G.03, when approaching motor traffic road users on south bound IL RT 25 and on Galena BLVD (EB/WB lanes) were not warned of road construction work ahead.   Employees working in and near the traveled way were being exposed to struck-by motor vehicles.        Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
