29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):  Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:       On or about August 25, 2017, at a new structure construction site located at 600 E. Kenosha in Broken Arrow, OK, employees were allowed to work on a scaffold that was not fully planked.  The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.
