29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Site - On or about 08/24/17 and at times prior thereto employees performed framing/carpentry work on the fourth and fifth floors without fall protection and were exposed to falls from an approximate maximum elevation of 42 ft. to ground level.    b) Site - On or about 08/24/17 an employee was installing a cantilever roof on top of the balcony. The worker was  sitting on the roof trusses without fall protection and was exposed to falls from a 9.0 ft. elevation onto the concrete floor (balcony).   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
