29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about August 25, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations near unprotected sides/edges were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of personal fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to falls of approximately  sixteen (16) feet six (6) inches.
