29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: On August 24, 2017, employees shaking out bar joists on a two story I beam building structure were walking and working approximately 28 feet above the ground without using fall protection. SELINSKY FORCE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1190568, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 29, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4825 DRESSLER ROAD NW, CANTON, OHIO 44718.
