29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection. On or about August 28, 2017, the employer did not provide a workplace were any employee, laborer, or mechanic employed in one performance of the contract, was free from recognized hazards. The framers and deckers were exposed to fall hazards and amputation hazards while working on a residential construction site.
