Inc. exposed employees of Global Rigging and Transport LLC to lead at an 8 hour calculated Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 268 micrograms per cubic meter of air which is 5.36 times the 8 hour time weighted average PEL of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air  while conducting cutting torch job tasks and was not provided shower facilities were feasible.     b) Barge Unloader Demo Area:  On or about July 14, 2017 and at times prior to, the creating and exposing employer, D. H. Griffin Wrecking Co. Inc. exposed employees of Global Rigging and Transport LLC to lead at an 8 hour calculated Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 125 micrograms per cubic meter of air which is 2.5 times the 8 hour time weighted average PEL of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air while conducting cutting torch job tasks and was not provided shower facilities were feasible.
