29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: The employer is failing to ensure that the building HVAC system is maintained in such a manner as to prevent mold growth on the ductwork. This was most recently documented at 1124 Pacific Street on or about August 28, 2017 on the first floor ceiling duct work. The employer is failing to ensure that water buildup from condensate does not occur on the metal duct work allowing for mold growth to occur.
