29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 8/11/17 at a residential project located at 54 Fulton Street, New York, New York; on the 6th floor, an employee was using a Titan paint sprayer. The sprayer was missing the ground prong. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
