29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii): General requirements for temporary wiring - Extension cord sets used with portable electric tools and appliances were not of the three-wire type and were not designed for hard or extra-hard usage: Location: 1721 Engle Dr., Arnold, MO 63010 On or about 08/25/2017, employees were using an approximately 250' Romax extension cord with a temporary power pole. Cord was being used to provide power for portable electric tools such as, but not limited to, Skil Saw, Model HD77.
