The second floor deck was 10 feet 10 inches from ground and the sill was measured 2 feet from the second floor deck. b) At the jobsite, on or about 8/29/17: Workers were working near window openings on the second floor, at the Northeast end, without fall protection of any kind. The second floor deck was 10 feet 10 inches from ground and the sill was measured 2 feet from the second floor deck.
