29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) Tire and Lube Express Area: On or about August 29, 2017 a section of grating on the east end of the catwalk located in the lower bay had broken welds that allowed it to sink below the next section of grating when stepped on creating a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) Tire and Lube Express Area: On or about August 29, 2017 regular inspections of walking-working surfaces were not being conducted in that a section of grating on the east end of the catwalk located in the lower bay had broken welds that allowed it to sink below the next section of grating when stepped on creating a tripping hazard.
